Newborn photography sessions are typically best done within the first 4 weeks after the birth at my studio in Aldershot, Hampshire but can be scheduled all the way up to 8 weeks.

I have a spacious purpose-built cabin in my garden, which is where all of my newborn sessions take place - so you will not have to worry about going into a photographers home or spare room for your photoshoot. I have a professional high-end setup with expert lighting equipment, hundreds of adorable newborn outfits, bespoke props and everything you could possibly need or want for a newborn photoshoot. My photography studio is located in Aldershot, right on the Surrey/Hampshire border (GU11).

I am a studio photographer, so this is where all of my sessions take place. My studio allows me access to all of my beautiful props and gives the most consistency in terms of lighting and composition and most importantly, the most stunning images for my clients to cherish forever. Also, you will not have to worry about cleaning your home or trying to organise after having your baby (as I know that can be super overwhelming and stressful!).

To keep things simple, I offer two all-inclusive newborn packages. They both give us up to 1.5 hours in the studio.

I highly recommend booking your newborn session right after your 20 week scan to ensure availability. You are also welcome to book before if this suits you! I always try and accommodate any last minute bookings if my calendar allows it – I never want anyone to miss out!

Even though I’m usually booked a few months in advance with sessions, there might be some openings in my calendar where I can schedule your photo shoot. Feel free to contact me as soon as you can so that we can figure out a date for your session.

Family and sibling portraits are included in the Shooting Star package. I always encourage parents to take pictures with their baby – your little one is only this teeny tiny once and you will never get this time back!

I have a huge selection of hand-made outfits in my studio wardrobe, including beautiful headbands and bonnets to coordinate for your baby’s session. I also have a large variety of props to pose your baby in and various backdrops. So there isn’t a need to bring any props to the session. However if there is a special family heirloom item (knitted blankets, etc) that are meaningful to you and your family, we can definitely incorporate those items in your baby’s session.

I have photographed newborns for almost 8 years and I have photographed well over 1000 newborns throughout my career. Over the years I have been lucky enough to train with some of the leading newborn photographers in the world and I am continuously improving myself through photography and newborn workshops and courses. I believe there is always room for growth! I also have 4 children - so I have plenty of hands-on experience handling, soothing and calming newborns.
