Spring is my favourite time of year for outdoor shoots, I love the fragrant blooms and the buzz in the air. And there is nothing more magical than seeing the cherry blossoms in full bloom, covered in their characteristic light pink, sweet-smelling flowers.
This session almost didn't happen! The week prior, we had to postpone due to bad weather and on the day before the shoot, they had forecast all day rain. But we woke up to bright blue skies and beaming sunshine, so we hurried out to location and managed to capture these stunning images of this glowing twin mama to be.
The cherry blossoms were in full bloom and matched her beautiful pink gown perfectly. Will you believe this gorgeous mumma is expecting twins? I was so impressed with her stamina - it was quite a trek up steep steps to get to this particular location and she just powered on.
This was one of the last shots of the day - and probably my favourite! We spotted this gorgeous meadow of flowers and just had to capture a shot of the beautiful blooms.

Are you looking to book a Bump to Baby Package?
My Bump to Baby Package includes a maternity session for when you are around 32-37 weeks pregnant and a newborn session for when baby has made their appearance. The maternity session can either be booked as an outdoor session (at an extra fee, to cover travel costs) or a studio session. You will have full access to my many gorgeous props and my stunning maternity dresses in the studio wardrobe during your session. Newborn sessions are best booked for when baby is between 1 to 2 weeks old. This is because they are still all curled up, like how they were in the womb and are still very sleepy. That being said, I am more than happy to book in babies for newborn sessions up to 8 weeks of age.
If you're interested in booking your Bump to Baby package with me, I suggest getting in touch no later than after your 20 week scan to ensure that I am able to fit you in - I tend to book up months in advance, but I always aim to leave a few spaces free for last minute bookings.
