I loved meeting this family! And I love every single image in this gallery. What really makes it even more special and unique, is that this was almost a family shoot and a pregnancy shoot, all in one! It was very important for them to have some images to look back on of the family as a unit, as opposed to just mummy on her own. This is something I am always more than happy to do as part of my maternity shoots.
One of the things I really enjoy about my job is the connection that I establish between myself and my clients. This is very likely the most important aspect of any shoot! Making my clients feel comfortable and at home in my studio or on location is of utmost importance to me. I don't want any of my shoots to feel posed or forced, rather I always engage with my clients during the shoot to encourage natural interaction between (in this case) the 3 of them as a family. That's how I prefer to capture those smiles - genuine, not forced and staged!
Such a special moment of big sis loving on her little brother or sister! She was genuinely so excited to be a big sister and was so incredibly excited to meet baby. And so am I! Thank you for coming to see me ♡

Are you looking to book a Bump to Baby Package?
My Bump to Baby Package includes a maternity session for when you are around 32-37 weeks pregnant and a newborn session for when baby has made their appearance. The maternity session can either be booked as an outdoor session (at an extra fee, to cover travel costs) or a studio session. You will have full access to my many gorgeous props and my stunning maternity dresses in the studio wardrobe during your session.
Newborn sessions are best booked for when baby is between 1 to 2 weeks old. This is because they are still all curled up, like how they were in the womb and are still very sleepy. That being said, I am more than happy to book in babies for newborn sessions up to 8 weeks of age.
If you're interested in booking your Bump to Baby package with me, I suggest getting in touch no later than after your 20 week scan to ensure that I am able to fit you in - I tend to book up months in advance, but I always aim to leave a few spaces free for last minute bookings.
