Welcome to the world, baby Roman! His mummy found me while searching for a Hampshire newborn and baby photography studio - and had also been recommended by a family member! I love nothing more than having clients refer me to their friends and family, there is no bigger compliment for a newborn and baby photographer! Her brand new baby boy was one of the best sleepers I have photographed! He was extremely relaxed and had the most beautiful blonde hair. For this session, we focused on using mainly whites and earthy tones that complimented his skin and hair very nicely. I really enjoyed photographing this amazing little one!

I just adore these brown, earthy tones, anyone that has seen my work will know it's one of my absolute favourite colour schemes to work with. And I just LOVE this adorable little outfit. Anyone who's been to my studio will know that it's stocked with everything you can imagine to suit your personal taste. I have hundreds of items including handmade bonnets, head bands, outfits, wraps, tiny beds and more. My personal prop closet is at your fingertips and included in your session! For Romans session, we went very timeless and simple and used a lot of neutrals and earthy tones.

Did you know that newborn sessions are booked in advance based on your due date? I always advise booking after you've had your 20 week scan, to ensure availability as I only book in a set amount of newborns per month. Sometimes my schedule is too busy to fit people in last minute so its always a good idea to book in advance!
Did you know that my Newborn sessions include sibling and family images at no extra cost? I love capturing the natural connection between siblings - no forced smiles or poses.
I honestly love Romans expression in this photo with big brother Franklyn! Being a Newborn and Baby photographer is truly amazing, I LOVE my job and I sometimes have to pinch myself to believe this is really what I do for a living - there's nothing in the world I'd rather do. It doesn't get much cuter than this! Roman was awake for his photos with big brother Franklyn but fell asleep straight afterwards - and then slept for the entire session! He was an absolute star, I couldn't have asked for a better model!
I always take requests for colour schemes before the session - I love how it adds that little personal touch to each and every gallery, no two are ever the same ♡

Are you looking to book a Newborn Session?
Newborn sessions are best booked for when baby is between 1 to 2 weeks old. This is because they are still all curled up, like how they were in the womb and are still very sleepy. That being said, I am more than happy to book in babies for newborn sessions up to 8 weeks of age.
As a mum myself, I can completely appreciate how it might be difficult to get the time to fit in a newborn photoshoot in those first few weeks, on top of everything else you've got going on! I wouldn't discourage you from considering a newborn session if you've missed that golden window to book. "Older" newborns can sometimes be just as easy to pose as a baby that's only a couple of days old - regardless of your newborns age, we can capture some beautiful images for you and your family to cherish for years to come.
If you're interested in booking your newborn session with me, I suggest getting in touch no later than after your 20 week scan. If your baby is already here, you're more than welcome to get in touch - I always leave a few spaces free every month for last minute bookings.
