I had the absolute pleasure of welcoming these two gorgeous girls back to my studio near Eversley in Hampshire, and what a difference a year makes! The last time I saw Chloe and Evelyn, they were just tiny newborns during their very first photoshoot.
It’s always such a joy to see little ones grow, and these twin sisters have changed so much in such a short time. The first year truly flies by, and being able to capture both their newborn and milestone moments is such an honour. Watching their personalities blossom and seeing how much they’ve grown was incredibly special!
GIRLY & FLORAL WOODLAND THEMED CAKE SMASH & SPLASH
Their mummy had set her heart on a girly & floral woodland themed Cake Smash session - I had bought lots of props specifically for this session (even had a few things custom made!). I'm so excited to be able to add this to my list of themed Cake Smash & Splash sessions available for my clients to choose from!

Upon arrival, the girls were dressed in a lovely outfit that their mummy and daddy had chosen just for the occasion! I always start out the session by capturing a few shots of the little ones in a nice outfit, either chosen from my extensive studio wardrobe or brought along from home by my clients. For this session, their mummy and daddy had brought an outfit from home for each of the girls. Aren't these matching dresses are just adorable! ♡
At this age it's all about engaging them with songs, games and play during the session. The most important thing to me is that you and your little ones have a great time in my studio, more than anything I want the experience to be fun and memorable - and of course, that means you'll get some stunning images to take home, capturing those authentic smiles and giggles we all love!

I absolutely fell in love with this colourful and girly woodland themed setup - it all just came together so nicely and I'm so pleased with the final outcome!

ARE YOU LOOKING TO BOOK A FUN CAKE SMASH & SPLASH PHOTOSHOOT FOR YOUR LITTLE ONE?
My cake smash & splash sessions start with capturing a few shots of your little one in an outfit of your choice (either one picked out of my studio wardrobe or one you've brought yourself). Then we get your little one changed into their cake smash outfit and let them have some fun getting stuck into their cake! Some children are initially not that keen on getting messy and may need a bit of gentle encouragement, others take to it straight away and relish the opportunity to get messy! The final part of the session is a nice, warm bath in my washtub with lots of bubbles.
A Cake Smash & Splash is a fun-packed session and a unique way to commemorate a birthday, whether that be a 1st, 2nd or 3rd birthday!
